Für die jüngeren Mitglieder, für Anfänger und Familien boten wir ab August bis Dezember 2024 zweimal pro Monat am Samstag, 10 Trainings, um die Grundbewegungen, die Musikinstrumente und die Freude des Capoeira-Spiels zu entdecken. Die Coletiva Ashé Odara führt jetzt die Trainings mit Rodas, externen Gästen, Workshops und weiteren Überraschungen mindestens bis März 2025 fort. Entdeckt mit uns die Welt der Capoeira!

(Wmirror) começou a Capoeira como aluno do Professor Manel e do Mestre Ediandro em 2001 em Atenas. Desde então, ele tem se treinado com diversos Mestres na Inglaterra, Espanha e Brasil. Foi um dos primeiros Formados da Academia Banzo de Senzala Atenas. Ele tem conduzido seminários de Capoeira em várias partes da Grécia e várias apresentações e eventos de coreógrafos. Ele estudou Fisioterapia, Acupuntura e Medicina Tradicional Chinesa e é graduado no curso de Instrutor de Ginástica e Personal Training Course (YMSA Accredited) em Londres. __________ Contra Mestre Giorgos T. Masterclasses of Capoeira Angola… Carlo Alexandre is a capoeira angola master, performance artist, author, musician, and composer. He has used capoeira to bring together capoeiristas and artist from around the world to create music to advocate for indigenous peoples’ rights (albuns Historias de Plantas, Tekó Porã and Guarnicê), a photographic exhibition and book documenting the history of slavery in Rio (capoeira and lectures at the Valongo Wharf), compose the soundtrack for the documentary “Orphan Mothers”- the gruelling story of police violence in Rio’s favelas, and a greek tragedy re-interpreted to explore racism, fascism and fanaticism (In Blood, London). Through his work he has generated bonds of friendship, joy, and learning. These cross-cultural collaborations between continents have been a rich and rewarding adventure, consolidating his belief in the importance of art and the power of communities.

Musik und Training von Capoeira Angola.

Der Workshop hatte den Schwerpunkt “Floreios”, d.h. akrobatische Bewegungen in Capoeira Angola. Dabei konnte die Coletiva Contramestre Emboscada (BH, Zürich) und Contramestre Keke (Zürich, Luzern) im Oktober 2023 in Bern begrüssen.

Unsere Coletiva schliesst sich mit der Gruppe Capoeira Unidos für ein zweites Treffen zusammen.

Im März 2023 hat die Coletiva Contra Mestre Boaz (DE, Zürich) und seine Gruppe “Swiss Center for Capoeira” für einen Workshop und eine Roda in Bern eingeladen.

Anfang 2023 haben wir eine Seminarreihe mit Capoeiristas, die in der Schweiz aktiv sind, gestartet. Unser erster Gast war Contramestre Emboscada (Movimento Nigolo).

Contramestre Urubu, Gründer der Gruppe Ashé Odara in Zürich, unterstützt seitdem unsere Workshops und Rodas und gestaltet unsere Entwicklung und Vision mit. Im Januar 2023 hat er die Gruppe mit seiner Präsenz und Musik inspiriert.
